Love is ...
More than just a rose, more than chocolates. Love is an infinite gift from the universe.
What’s in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet; (William Shakespeare)
Love is in the eye of the beholder…..
Love reaches beyond boundaries, beyond looks, beyond colour, nations and religions.
Love is eternal, magical, mysterious, sometimes beyond comprehension.
Love is the opposite of hate; Love unites us, not divides us.
Love is not distinguishable or divisible. These things are the result of human frailty. Love cannot see weakness; that is a human trait. Love is infallible. Humans are not.
Love knows no boundaries.
So, on this Valentine’s Day 2026 - I give you love in all its purest forms. If Mother Nature can get it right, then why can’t we?
I hope you enjoy my captured moments in time.
I give you …. love.

Remember, love knows no boundaries.
Love is a time traveller. Love is an aura. Love always holds your hand, no matter how many years have passed, no matter whether the place they held beside you is now vacant. Love is omnipresent. My grandmother, I miss your hand in mine.

“Love is a smoke made with the fume of sighs.
Being purged, a fire sparkling in lovers’ eyes;
Being vex’d a sea nourish’d with lovers’ tears.”
“My bounty is as boundless as the sea,
My love is deep; the more I give to thee,
The more I have, for both are infinite.” Excerpts: Romeo & Juliet, William Shakespeare.
And in closing…
“A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head;
Some shall be pardon’d, and some punished;
For ever was there a story of more woe
Than this of Juliet and her Romeo.”
Love is all-consuming, a gift from God. A feeling like no other. An experience that words cannot fully describe. It does not matter how many times we experience the electricity of love. To be hit by lightning once, twice or more. We should be grateful for its presence in our lives. For love, is life.
Isn’t it ironic that that which is so heaven-sent, so spiritual, so sacred, is also the one emotion that causes the most intense pain? But oh, would you not have rather experienced the absolute ecstasy and euphoria, than not to have loved at all? (Thank you, Lord Tennyson)
I wish you all a Happy Valentine’s Day. From my heart to yours. 💞🪶🕸️

“love is a time traveller” is such a beautiful way to say it.
the way you tied mother nature, shakespeare, your grandmother, your mum… it made love feel bigger than romance. softer, older, sacred.
thank you for sharing something that feels this personal and this expansive at the same time 🤍
I’m still smiling at the crocodiles kissing~ like the whole world got caught being soft for a second.
